i've actually done the same thing this week, went to the family clinic today and they said just use the 7 day rule (use condoms for 7 days) and start teh next pack instead of your free week!.
dont worry, especially if its only one pill, it wont make much differance ( i missed two and had unprotected sex anf been told its fine)
