Unfortunately morning sickness is one of the wonderful things that come along with most pregnancies! But there are some things you can do to make it a little better, try crackers, bread, or water when you wake up!.!.!. and try eating smaller meals, when I was pregnant I found that I over-ate alot and thats what made me sick! Also the further along I got I knew what foods to stay away from, just pay attention to what you eat, stay away from greasy or spicy foods they only make it worse!.!.!. but the best thing you can do is just stick in there! It gets better around your 4th or 5th month!Www@Answer-Health@Com

baby girl i feel your pain i think ive had just about the worst morning sickness and my doctor has prescribed promethazine but let me tell you it will knock you out haha and thats putting it mildly but what ive found that helps is eating crackers before you get out of bed in the morning and also drinking lots of water!.!. hope it gets better!Www@Answer-Health@Com

The first thing the doctor will tell you is to eat a few saltine crackers whenever you feel nauseated!. Also keeping water & crackers at your bedside helps some people!.

My doctor suggested vitamin B12 tablets several times per day, and they can also administer B12 shots (but those are REALLY painful!)!. There are also anti-nausea suppositories that can be prescribed, but those knocked my butt OUT!

Talk to your OB/GYN and ask what can be done!. And before you just run out and buy some B12, check with your doctor first!.!.!.some are ok with homeopathy, some will FREAK, and you should always confirm EVERY medication (prescription OR over the counter) with your doc before taking it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
