i want to use tampons but whenever i do it hurts and i end up having to take it out, what can i do to make it not hurt!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

If it hurts, it might not be the right absorbency!. Usually, if it's too big of an absorbency, it will not fit or hurt when you put it in!. Remember, you should always choose the lowest absorbency for your flow, so you lessen the risk of TSS!. If you tried super tampons, and they hurt, try regular, regular then try lites with pantiliners!. I hope this helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com
you can buy 'mini' ones which are reg absorbancy but thinner!. also only try to use it while your on and make sure you push it up enough, itll hurt if its not!. keep trying, took me a while too but glad i did so much easier nowWww@Answer-Health@Com
make sure its the smalledst size, and that you are using one with a plastic applicator!. you can even put some ky jelly on it so its easier to put in!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
try smaller ones!. ob is a very good brand and the are really tiny!.!.!.but it doesnt have an aplicator!. you might not be putting it in far enough or you are putting it in too far!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
