HElp my parents think im anorexic!?!

Question: HElp my parents think im anorexic!!?
Lately i havent been eating much, not because i want to lose weight, just for the simple reason i dont feel hungry! And because i dont feel hungry, i get very distracted in other things im doing, and i literally forget to eat!.

mums started to notice this, and thanks to the fuking media, she now watching me like a hawk, and every time i try to drum it into her head that im not anorexic, i end up shouting and i feel terrible afterwards

how do i convince her that im not!. i know why im not eating, its because my body clock and my metabolism is in nocturnal mode, i dont feel hungry during the day, but at night i do, and i only get less than 4 hours of sleep every night, not exaggerating at all,

as i said, how do i convince her that i actually dont feel hungry!?

ps, please no stupid answers
pps: if you had any other ideas about not feeling hungry, please share them so i can fix it and get her off my back!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Try eating, especially in front of them, as much as you can!. Even though you may not feel hungry, you should at least snack on something!. Your body needs food whether you feel hungry or not!. Talk with your parents and explain to them how you feel!. They should listen to you and trust you, but you shouldn't be offended!. Eating disorders are very common and one of the main signs are the person denying it!. In most cases, someone who is anorexic won't come out and just say it!. If they keep asking you about it, ask them to take you to the doctor so you can figure out why you aren't feeling hungry!. That way they'll see that it is another problem and you wouldn't ask them to go to the doctor unless it was something else!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I use to skip meals!. My mom got mad!. It's just that I was so stresses out that I didn't feel hungry or didn't want to eat!. Are you stresses out!? Maybe, maybe not!. I think you need to talk to your mom about the fact that you get hungry at night!. She might know how to fix this, and she will be happy that you opened up to her!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

just try to have a serious talk with her and tell her that you eat when your hungry not just to eat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
