ok, im goin to cam next week and im due to get my period on the first day, my period is very heavy the first few days and im worried about not being able to change tampons b4 it leaks!. any advice!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have a similar problem!. I think the tampon and pad at same time is good, but it might be easier just to wear a pad!. That way you can tell!. Unless there is no way to dispose of the wrapping and you have to dig a hole for a toilet, then you're just supposed to wear tampons, not pads, cause pads don't disintegrate like tampons!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I have always used a panty liner as a back-up because my periods are heavy!. That way I know if it does leak it will get on the liner and there's no harm done! Don't let it hold you back!Www@Answer-Health@Com
