Why are my breasts hurting so bad!?!

Question: Why are my breasts hurting so bad!!?
I am 17 years old and have recently had some horrible breast pain!. It has persisted over the last 3 weeks!. It is pretty much off and on, but when it is on, it is almost overpowering!. My nipples itch and burn and my whole breast is tender and sore to touch!. At times it feels like a pulse of pain is going through them over and over!. I also have a whiteish watery fluid that excretes at times!. What is going on with me!!? I'm not pregnant, I'm not on my period, I don't get it!!?
My boyfriend does enjoy fondling them *cough*!.!.!. but he's not like, rough or anything!? Could this have something to do with it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
