Question: Help!? I'm really scared!.!.!.!?
I'm sorry this is a little nasty but I'm really worried!. My inner labia has been hurting a bit!.!.!.sort of like a burning feeling!.!.!.and it feels like I need to pee all the time 'specially when I lay down!. My urine has a weird smell to it too!.!.!.sort of like!.!.!.bagels!.!.!.and it's really strong!. My period hasn't started yet and it's about a week late now!.!.!. I had sex yesterday and it stopped hurting after that but it came back!.!.!.!.aaack, help!?

It sounds like you have a urinary tract infection - a lot of women get these - from sex, from contact with bacteria - they are very common - however, you need to see a physican so that you can be diagnosed properly and receive the right medications!. Here are the symptoms:
A strong, persistent urge to urinate
A burning sensation when urinating
Passing frequent, small amounts of urine
Blood in the urine (hematuria) or cloudy, strong-smelling urine
Bacteria in the urine (bacteriuria)

- a yeast infection (this explains the 'bagel' smell and the burning)
- a urinary tract infection (this explains the need to pee all the time)
Neither one of them is a big deal, women get them all the time (unfortunately!)!. I would go to a doctor and they will be able to tell you for sure!. Yeast infections can be treated with creams, and urinary tract infections are treated with prescription pills!. Also, I would recommend you get your partner to get checked out, too- men can get these infections as well!.

Hm, I don't like to tell you this but you could have an infection!. BUT your labia could just be irritated too!. This happened to me too and it only lasted a day!. Try putting a cooling creme on it and wait a day, if the pain is unbearable, or dosen't go away within a few days, go see your doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
you have a uti, or uninary tract infection!. it's not that serious, but you have to see a doctor to get a cure!. don't be scared, a uti is actually very common and gets cured up in a few weeks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
