I think you should get a new doctor!. My friend had the same problem, and she ended up having minor surgery to break her hymen muscle, (the muscle preventing you from inserting a tampon)!. Otherwise, her doctor said, it would have been very painful for her to have sex, (she is a virgin, and getting married soon) and that she probably would never have been able to get a tampon in without severe pain!. try putting lotion or lubricant on the tampon end and applicator!. this should help it go in better!.!.!.

Okay, it's not a big deal if you can put your finger in your vagina, don't think that being able to do it makes you loose or something!.!.!.you're supposed to be able to!.
