Question: I know i was stupid, but now i need help please!?
I was gonna take out the tampon like everyone said to do!.!.!.but its way up there, and so is the string!.!.!.i cant get it out!. i can barely reach and cant move it at all!.
now what do i do!?

Step1Wash your hands before trying to retrieve the stuck tampon!. Clipping your nails may be a good idea too!.
Step2Sit on the toilet and prop your feet upon a trashcan or the bathtub and bear down as if you're straining to have a bowel movement!. Sometimes this can force the tampon out!.
Step3Insert your finger into your vagina as far as possible!. Bear down to try to push the tampon out!.
Step4Make circular motions with your finger between the cervix and the vagina!. This is where most stuck tampons are!.
Step5Find the tampon, and insert another finger!. Catch the tampon between your fingers and try to pull it out!.
Step6Call your doctor if you can't find the tampon or retrieve it!. If it is left inside of you, it could cause an infection!.
Step7Soak in a warm bath to try and get the tampon wet!. Sometimes if it's too dry, it appears stuck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You've got to try to get it out with your fingers!. Just relax and do it!. It'll come out!.
Fyi, you CANNOT just leave it in there because you WILL get an infection!. Try to get it out yourself (just fingers, NOTHING else)!. if it doesn't come out go to the hospital and they will take it out with their fingers!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try pushing with your vaginal muscles!. That might lower it just enough to be able to reach for the string!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
