What can I do to avoid having a period during my wedding?!

Question: What can I do to avoid having a period during my wedding!?
I'm getting married in less than 2 months and I just calculated today that I'm supposed to have a period on the day of my wedding! It's actually supposed to start on that very day! There's no way I want this to happen! Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas on how I can delay or change my cycle so that this doesn't happen!?
I am currently taking a 28 day birth control pill called Kariva!.
Thanks for your help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Talk to your doctor!. Maybe you can stay on the pill for a few extra days to make your period start later!. I don' think this will be a problem!.

I started my period on my wedding day!. I had just started taking the pill and didn't know what to expect!. It was definitely NOT FUN!!!

Even if that didn't happen, every wedding has some crazy thing that goes wrong at the last minute!. We spend so much time agonizing over every detail, then it's over so soon! Just remember to have a good sense of humor and not let little things upset you!. If you have problems, you'll look back and laugh at them later!. They will all be good memories!. Congratulations and good luck!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Talk to your prescribing physician, but you *may* be able to skip a period by going straight from the last active pill to the first one of the next pack!. Don't just guess, though, do consult about it with someone who knows what they're talking about!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you're really worried about it, you might be able figure something out with your gynocologist!. Be careful, though, because messing with your birth control schedule can have weird side effects-- mood changes, acne, and other problems you wouldn't want on your wedding day either!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Talk to your doctor!.

FYI I was on Kariva, and I tried the "skip the last week and go directly to a new pack" and it DID NOT WORK (FYI I was on Kariva for two years when I tried that)!.

Talk to your doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Change your wedding date because theres no way to change your biology!. So sorry but mother nature knows no master!! Congrats on your wedding though!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
