Question: OK i wanna b really flexible fast!?
do you know any streaches that can help me learn the spits and stuff!. Im in dance and now im realizing that im not that flexable anymore because im in hip hop ive forgot about streaching!. So could you proviude me whith some sights or names of streaches!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

always make sure your warm before you stretch cuz then your muscles are loser!. for the splits do them between two sturdy elevated surfaces!. put one foot on a mat or something and do your splits!. do them everyday!. have someone push you gently!. lay on your back and pull one foot up as high as you can while keeping everything else flat!. those are only some i can think of right now!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it's not somthing that happens over night and you gotta work at it everyday!. for dance class we do stradles, and sit on the floor nd lean over right and left leg at different times!. and we hold it about 15 seconds each mm theres wayy more but i can'treally think of any names right now!. hope i helped someWww@Answer-Health@Com

You could do the Frog Stretch!. Which is just typically a middle split with your legs bent!.!.!. make sure u lo0k like a frog!. U have 2 b careful when you stretch because you might pull a muscle and it hurts A LOT! I had it done 2 me b4!. I couldn't dance or stretch for about a week!. Anyways, GOOD LUCK!Www@Answer-Health@Com
