Answers:
if your period is coming every 28 days, that's the normal situation, then your ovulation is 14 days before the next period!. But not all women have a regular period!. So there are some methods you can use to determine your ovulations!. Usually, it lasts 4 days, during these days your body temperature is higher than the rest of the month!. You can take your temperature every day in the morning for a few months, and note it down in a tabel, you'll notice a pattern!.

You can even find some little programs on the internet that calculates it for you!.

The signs are : a tension in your inferior abdomen and your breasts might get bigger tooWww@Answer-Health@Com

It's usually about the middle of your cycle - halfway between your periods!. You can tell by taking your temperature every morning before you get up and move around!. It changes when you ovulate!. The problem is that sperm can live a couple of days!. Knowing when you ovulate is useful for people trying to conceive, but not as useful for birth control, because if you have sex a couple of days before ovulating, you can still get pregnant!.

Some people can tell when they are ovulating, because the clear discharge coming from your vagina changes consistancy!. I could never tell that way, but some people can!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

its before your period!. the reason why we get periods is because a fertilized egg didnt attatch to the uterus, so the lining isnt needed and deteriorates causing the bleeding!. if a fertilized egg does attatch, it needs the thick lining to survive, so thats what causes a missed period with pregnacy!. signs of ovulation are a whitish colored discharge and also a slight peak in your temperature!. sometimes the only way to find the temperature change is to monitor it everyday, otherwise its unnoticable!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It occurs 1/2 way between one period and the next (approx 14 days)
