As difficult as it may sound to motivate yourself when you feel like this, the best thing you can to is take a walk or exercise!. You may bleed a little harder, but it totally helps!. If you just can't force yourself to do that, use a heating pad on your lower abdomen or your lower back!. Any NSAID will help, like naproxim (Alleve) or Ibuprofen!. Feel better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
If mine are really severe I take Ibuprofen and use a heating pad!. I find that the gel packs that you can warm in hot water work the best, but if you don't have that use a regualr heating pad!. Some people also find that it heps to sit ON the heating pad (I place it right where it hurts below my belly button)!. The other thing i do sometimes is to sit in the bathtub, with the water as warm as i can stand it!.!.!.that can really help also!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try slowly strectching out whatever is cramping!. dont tense the muscle either!. The you could make it cramp again!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
