My friend Ashley hasn't had her period in two months?!
Question: My friend Ashley hasn't had her period in two months!?
Well, we all know it;s the middle of July and Ashley hasn't had a period April!. Her last period ended on April 30, I think!. I'm not sure, though!.
She also said she sometimes skips periods for up to three months and then has one soo heavy, it lasts for like two weeks and she's going through a box of super tampons every day!.
Regardless, do you think she could be pregnant!?
She's only 16, a junior this upcoming school year!.
Our other friend Sami told her she should go to the Health Department and get checked but she won't!.!.I think it's because she thinks it's true!.

Even ppl who are not preggers can miss a period!. For some ppl it is normal to go a few months without having a period!. This can be caused by a 'lazy ovary'!. She should try talking to her mom because these conditions are typically hereditary, so maybe her mom has the same problem and never mentioned it!. However, it could be something else and I think you were right to suggest she she a doc!. Only a doc can solve the mystery!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
She may be pregnant or she may simply be irregular!. Lots of women are irregular!.
It makes no difference is she's only 16!. If she's sexually active she may be pregnant, but she says she's often irregular and you have not reason to believe that isn't the case!. If she is always irregular her reason for not going to the doctor is a simple one, she knows there's nothing wrong!. i have the same problem, my period will skip for months at a time and be really heavy for a week!. i am the same age as well!. i talked to a doctor about it and they said nothing is wrong, it just part of maturing!. he also said for women, your period takes quite a while to regulate!. if she is sexually active, she may want to go get it checked out, and if the problem persists, she may have something wrong with her ovaries or something along those lines!. otherwise, she should be good to go!. good luck to the both of you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Poor thing must have lousy parents!. Your friend is awfully young to be sexually active but irregardless, irregular menstrual cycles do not denote pregnancy!.
Ashley needs to go the doctor because it could be her thyroid or endemetrosis or some other serious health related issue!. You, as a good friend, could impress upon her to seek medical assistance forthwith!. Her menstrual cycles are not normal!.
Plus, she needs to stop having sex outside of marriage!. At this age it will wreck havoc on her physique and her body!.
