Question: I was stupid, now what do I do!?

I was gonna take out the tampon like everyone said to do!.!.!.but its way up there, and so is the string!.!.!.i cant get it out!. i can barely reach and cant move it at all!.
now what do i do!?

i know this sounds gross but i have to do this sometimes
when i want to take out a tampon and its not ready!.
go in the bathtub with warm water and pull it out there!.
your muscels are more relaxed and the fuller the tampon is the easier it comes out

try lifting ur lep up on the stool or counter top, itll open the area to make the string easier to grab!. use a mirorr to help ya see!. haha tampons suck sometimes!.

squat down as far as you can and bear down hard!.!.!.!.or cough forcefully!. This should help to move the tampon lower in the vaginal canal!. Repeat until you can retrieve it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

try making some pushing exertions and try to make some contractions, push,push push, like if you are constipated!. or if still it does not work, go see your doctor right away,!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
