No, it's not true!. My aunt is in her 30's and has never had sex!. She is waiting until marriage, and needless to say, has not found the perfect match yet :(!. I really admire that she is sticking up for what she believes in, even at this age!. She is a wonderful role model for younger girls an is a youth counselor!.
