Just prior to and during the beginning of puberty, it's natural in both boys and girls to gain a bit of weight- pudge up a bit!. If you think of it like a building site- they typically deliver most of the supplies before they are actually needed!. So you see piles of construction materials on site long before the bricklayers and welders arrive to put it all in place!. That's sort of the purpose to the weight gain!. At your age, yes, you would likely have done exactly that!. Trying to lose weight right now is also counterproductive to the process of growing!. Just because you can't see all of what's going on doesn't mean there isn't alot happening inside!. Your calorie intake is on the low side for your age and development state!. You should be really taking in closer to 1500, just to meet your basic nutritional requirements!. With an active life, that should allow you to grow properly and end up with the adult woman's body you are wanting!. As you get closer to 16-17, you can look into cutting back on the calories if you need to, but not before then!. Like all girls, I was a rather lumpy mess at 14!. However, I rounded up quite nicely by 18!. My daughters are currently in the same spot as you are, and my advice to them is the same!. You are under construction!. Construction sites are messy in the process!. But if you are patient, and provide decent building materials, it all works out by the opening day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Weight gain is an increase in body weight!. It is generally caused by the intake of excess calories, little exercise, or may be caused by a medical condition!. One exception is body building, in which muscle is gained by workout routines!.

It may be intentional or unintentional, sometimes for muscle building, or for health reasons, i!.e!. increasing body fat percentage to a healthy amount!.

In the subculture of fat fetishism, it is considered sexually fetishistic in nature to gain body fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't worry, Hun!.
It's happened to all of my friends!. When you hit puberty you start to gain some weight!. I started when I was about 13, and by the time I was about fourteen and a half the weight totally balanced out and I feel great!. (:
It happens at different times in every girl's life!. Just wait 'til everything balances out, you'll be a hottie! :D

Thats very normal!.!.!.It will go away if you try to to resist cravingsWww@Answer-Health@Com

I gained a lot of weight until I was around 15!. By then, I was around 160 pounds!. About 6 months after my brother died, I decided to join the gym (he was always pushing me to be healthier)!.

I started to lose a lot of weight, my periods got more regular, and best thing, I looked and felt a lot better!.

I'm 18 now, and even after nearly a year of couch-potatoing, I'm about 130lbs, which is a pretty good weight for my height!. So, you definitely have hope!. Just find something you like to do, like dancing, yoga, or running!.!.!. Anything will help!. Give it time!.
Also, 700-1200 calories is too little!. Maybe because of this, your metabolism has slowed, putting you into 'savings' mode, so that your body stores everything!. Teens should eat no less than 1500 calories, or so!.

And lots of self-love!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
