A friend gave me advice on this, I had the same problem every month!. She talked to her docter (lady) who told her to take 2 ibuprofin every 4 to 6 hrs (I take every 4 hrs like clockwork) for 3 days!. The day before it starts to the day after, and use cold compressions on your tummy (heat actually makes it worse)!. I swear by this! I have had an ovarian tumor and 2 tubal pregnancies resulting in the worst possible periods you could ever imagine! I took her advice 3 months ago, and have had hardly any pain during my periods at all! Good luck sweetie! I know it sucks, but try this, I think you'll feel better!. Remember to take the ibuprofin like clockwork though (even if there is no pain, it will prevent it!. Set your alarm in the middle of the night if you have to, I do!)Www@Answer-Health@Com
