is it normal to know that your period is coming with none of the regular symptoms!?what i mean is that i normally know my period is coming when i have stringy discharge after or before i urinate and then i have to go #2 alot!? and is it normall that you have to do #2 alot while on your period!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

The discharge is a regular symptom, if you check the site about the different types of discharge I gave you as one of the answers to your other questions, you'll see how its supposed to go!.
You might just be having the feeling of going #2 a lot, and so then you force it out!.
Abdominal cramps at times feel very much like you have to go #2!. This happens to me a lot, but then I proceed to the toilet and !.!.!.nothing but I don't force it!.
