Once it stops hurting, yeah its good!.
They wont notice, i mean they would if you had no muscle at all obviously, but even men can heave weak pelvic floor muscles!.!. A slightly weak one no one would notice!. There are exercises and stuff you can do, kegal exercises :]Www@Answer-Health@Com
