LUCKY YOU!
when i was pregnant with my son i gained 55lbs! started at about 125 and ended at 180! (i quit smoking too, so i like to blame alot of it on that!. lol)

after i gave birth, i lost 20lbs by the time i left the hospital!. granted my son was 9lbs, but there was 11lbs of "junk" in ther with him!.
not to mention, i hated exercising, so it took me about a year and a half to lose the remaining baby pounds!.

if you only gain 20lbs, i'm sure you will be pretty close to your pre-pregnant weight by the time you are released from the hospital!.

good luck and best wishes for you upcoming delivery!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

O you lose more trust me, my wife was pregnant with our first daughter and when she had the little one she lost 7 pounds that instant lol!. But it seemed with in a month she lost most of the weight then she started walking allot more and lost all the pregnancy weight +15 pounds!. Unlike me i lose No weight just gained it!. (yes men gain weight during his wife or girlfriend being pregnant)Www@Answer-Health@Com

There is no answer for that as every woman is different and each pregnancy is different!. I weight 112 in labor withe my first and 128 with my second 8 years later!. taking the baby for walks is a great way to get the weight off and baby will love it also!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Less then 50% of women lose their baby weight naturally!.!.!.Most of the time you really have to work to lose it!.!.!.Sorry to disappoint you!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
