I want to try something new....?!


Question: I want to try something new!.!.!.!.!?
I've being exercising almost none stop every day or 5 times a week for the last month and a half!. I weighted back then 203 and as of today i weight 192!.5lbs (YES POUNDS)



I want to try to use SlimQuick Cleanser for a week and the SlimQuick diet supplement!. Of coarse I'll still be working out!.



I want to know who have use it and if it really works before i spend money on it Or do you recommend something else to help you burn fat faster!.



My Goal is to weight 160-165 by my birthday (Oct 29th)!.!.!.



Have any advice or thoughts please comment!.

Don't waste your money on supplements and cleansers etc!.

Keep up the workouts and control your food intake!. That is all you need to do!. Your on the right track, keep it up!.

Keep to about 2000-2500 calories in food each day!. That's how much a person of 165 pounds needs!.

Workout to use 500-750 calories each day!.

You should continue to see weight lose at about 1-2 pounds per week, that is normal and healthy!. Be patient and don't be a sucker for "diet" products!.

Interval workouts are the fastest way to burn of fat and tone muscle!. A brief intense period 30 sec to 1 min, followed be an active recovery 3-4 min!. Try this on a treadmill or exercise equipment work up to 30-45 min each time!.
The truth is your "burning" the fat during the recovery from the intense exercise and as you sleep etc!. You use carbohydrate to fuel the intense workouts!.

Don't forget your body needs to recover and repair tissue so you need extra sleep, and sleep is fueled by fat!.

I don't think what you're doing is healthy!.!.!.
The best way to lose weight is to keep your metabolism high, so that you'll burn off whatever you ate!. So eating 5 or 6 small (and HEALTHY) meals a day should keep your metabolism at a good speed!. Just remember to keep it small, because porportion is everything when you want to lose weight!. On top of that, excersize an hour or two a day, and drink a lot of water!.

You're actually already losing pounds the healthy way!. I know you may be disappointed to not have lost more than 11 pounds after the first month, but losing 1-2 pounds per week is healthy!. I say keep it up and slowly eat healthier and you can make it!.

eat and throw up makes u put on weight it puts ur body into survival mode, never do that,

take up boxing (seriously)

i did ive gone from being a size 10 (uk) to size 8 and i havent dieted at all i eat crap lol!.

it makes u feel a lot safer bein out knowin if a guy was to attack you you are strong enough to defend yourself

and i have the mose gorgeous arms (not muscly) they dont wobble at all like they do if u just lose weight
