I'm really stressed and not eating........?!


Question: I'm really stressed and not eating!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!?
I've been having issues lately and feeling really stress and I'm not eating much!.!.!.!.!.!.I'll wake up and have a few spoons of yogurt and then I won't eat again till evening and I'll have some soup or some veggies!.!.!.!.!.I am just not hungry, I feel full and the thought of food makes me nauseous!.!.!.!.I'm not pregnant because I have my period now!.!.!.!.!.!.!.l don't even know what I'm stressed about!.!.

Well if you arent hungry and the thought of food makes you feel sick then you cant really make yourself eat! So just eat as much as you can and try to relax!. Read a book, write you thoughts down, start a new hobby!. Just try to take your mind off the stress you are feeling and I think things will start to come around!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

try to do something that takes your mind off of everything!. do something you enjoy!. make sure you are getting enough sleep!. once your mind calms down a bit hopefully you will get your appetite back!. not eating can also increase your stress but i know how you feel!. when i am stressed i can't stand the thought of food!.
go out for a bit, take a walk, talk to some friends about whatever is on your mind!. hope you feel better!.

Ignore your appetite (or lack thereof) and *eat*!. Eat a sensible diet of good food whether you're "hungry" or not!.!.!. lack of food is a major stress *too*!.
