I know most people will hate this especially if it is PMS related but exercise really does help!. I don't mean strenuous running or hurdles, but just walking around a park!. The fresh air and scenery help take your mind off bad stuff and lift you mood!. My bf took me to the park before my period so I could let off some steam and then I was a lot happier!! Try it! xx

But if it's raining, chocolate, a nice film/book, warm bath, singing, music, art, TV, magazines!.!.!.!.!.etc help too!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes unfortunately!.!.!.I feel pretty depressed actually!. My PMS has been a lot better since taking the following though:
*Agnus Castus (Vitex) - a natural herbal supplement that helps balance hormones!. It takes about 3 months to start working!.
*Evening primrose, Omega 3, Calcium supplement, Milk thistle and B vit complex daily!.
*I'm also giving St Johns wort a go!.!.!.I'm struggling a bit with an ME type illness too!.

Sounds a bit morbid I know, but I'm trying everything to help myself feel better!. Do try some of the above - especially the Agnus Castus, it might make you feel a bit better!.
