Hair problem. Help?!


Question: Hair problem!. Help!?
My hair has been falling out and I have no idea why :( What do I do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Tell your scalp to relax!. Literally, say ''scalp relax'' lol it sounds ridiculous but I just listened to this inspirational cd about healing yourself from certain ailments and it talked about hair loss becoming more common in women because we're so stressed out and we're working all the time, etc!. It said to say that outloud and allow yourself to literally feel your head easing!.
Ok so enough of the weird stuff, take Bioton!. Its B vitamins that are good for the hair, skin and nails!.

Try a vibrating hair brush - they can't be found everywhere but look in a local beauty supply store!. Those brushes are made for sending vibrations to the scalp and to stimulate hair growth!.

Also, only brush your hair TWICE a day!. No more!. Try not to tie your hair back into pony tails, this breaks the hair causing more strands to fall out!. Use a hair clip instead or just wear it down!.

Make sure the shampoo you are using has vitamins in it - not just the cheapee $1 white rain or suave shampoo!. Wash your hair very gently!. Try using a strengthening shampoo and conditioner, look at Garnier products or Tressemme!.

Don't brush your hair when it is wet! use a wide tooth comb if anything!. Try not to blow dry!. Believe it or not, blow drying IS unhealthy for the hair, at least until you can re-strengthen your locks avoid the dryer!.

And of course, go see your doctor!. You could have a vitamin deficiency like so many people now a days!. Which also likely means you're malnurished - meaning the food you're putting into your body isn't supplying the needed nutrients that your body needs!. Watch what you're eating, get your serving of fruits and veggies and go on a walk everyday for at least 15 minutes!.

I've had this problem as well - now, I'm eating better, exercising, getting the vitamins my body needs!. Not brushing my hair multiple times a day, etc!. It has helped so much!. I hope you'll take this advice :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

There are many reasons as to why your hair is falling out:

Your hair loss could be a result of stress!.
Could be your diet!.
Could be a eating disorder!.
It could be a medical problem!.

I could go on but you lack details in your question so it could be anything!. What I suggest is that you go to your doctors - that way you will get better advice!.

In the mean time don't try to do anything with your hair that might damage it!. Be careful when washing and brushing your hair and don't try to pull it out!.

You either need to see a dermatologist or an excellent hair dresser that can assess your hair and scalp condition and give you an answer to this issue!. I know it is very frustrating!. Women place so much of their appearance on their hairWww@Answer-Health@Com
