Answers:
i wear a bra to bed b/c i feel more secure!. when i was 12 i went to my friends house for a sleepover and there were boys there!. well i was just wearing like a t-shirt to sleep braless and 1 of the boys lifted up my shirt and touched my boob!. u dont want tht 2 happen so sleep w/ a comfy bra!. i suggest wearing a bra without an underwire, pads, or anything!. just wear a sports bra type thing that is comfy 2 uWww@Answer-Health@Com

almost all bras encase your breasts around the bottom and sides (usually with a wire) in order to support your breasts when you're standing up!. if it fits you properly, it will go around the perimiter of your breasts, so it doesnt put pressure on the breast tissue!.

when you lie down, your breasts 'hang' in a diffrerent direction, so the bra will not offer support!. in addition, the perimiter of your breasts will be in a different place, so the bra will put pressure on the breast tissue!. this is moderatly painful and damaging to the tissue!.

for that reason, the experts generally advise not wearing an every day bra to bed!. if you feel you need some extra support, wear a tight vest, a vest with 'secret support', a bra without wires or a even a sports bra (but i doubt that would be necasary for many women, as sleeping is not really a bouncy activity like that they are designed for, unless your breasts were EXTREMELY large) depending on how much support you really need!. this will usually be more comfortable for you if you have particularly large breasts!.

there is also some minor talk that sleeping in a bra raises the chance of getting breast cancer, and that (perhaps more plausibly) causes your tendons to be weak and reliant on the bra, causing sagging!. to be honest, i wouldnt take either very seriously but you might want to know!.

its really just an issue of personal preferance!. whatever feels the most comfortable for you body is probably the best for it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Wearing a bra to bed is nothing more than personal comfort!. It is suggested however that pregnant women wear a good bra to bed to help support the heavier breasts and reduce sagging after pregnancy!. I have done this an feel is does work but ordinarily I am too uncomfortable for a bra in bed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I usually wear a bra to bed unless i am with my boyfriend, then i just sleep topless!. I have heard that it is bad to sleep with them on, but i have also heard that it doesn't hurt anything!. I think it depends on how comfortable you are with it on when you are going to bedWww@Answer-Health@Com

I hate wearing bras, but have to (36DD)!. So when I get ready for bed I take it off as soon as possible!. I've heard that it could be bad for you, specially if you are still in puberty from people I trust but I don't know if that's an old wives tale or not!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
