Lots of healthy carbs and protein, don't overdo it on fatty foods, but don't avoid fats (in other words, full fat cheeses and dressings are OK)!. Still remain active if you already are!.

Even if you are out to gain weight, you still want to remain healthy!.!.!.so don't go loading up on junk food with all that sugar and fat!.!.!.but don't feel guilty for enjoying them in moderation!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat foods with more carbs like bread!. Dont be a lazy fat bum, but just dont push yourself!. Eat bigger meals but dont go overboard, you dont want to get overweight!. Just do mainly things i said and you should gain some weight within a few weeks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Pick your favourite fast food restaurant and eat there often!

But seriously, just eat larger portions, drink juice instead of water, etc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
