its easiest when your flow is heaviest!. and when your wet!. so thats usually during the middle days of your period, and like right after you take a shower!. the morning helps to because all of the blood from last night couldnt get our cuz you were lying down so now that your up, it all comes rushing out!.

if your having trouble getting it in, try the o!.b!. tampons!. their is not applicator so you can put it in as far as you want without the appicator getting in the way!. they are also very small to insert and so that no one can see them they are also very environmentally friendly (no garbage)!. just a little tip! :DWww@Answer-Health@Com
You can use a tampon at any stage of your cycle!. Just know that next time a plastic applicator makes the experience alot easier!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
