You have muscle problems - possibly even over use syndrom previously known as RSI (I suffered from OUS for several years) - either that or, as my doctor told me, there are some very rare forms of strokes that can effect you like that - do not panic - toddle off and ask the doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Take a nice hot bath and calm down, I think you should definitely go to the doctor and have it checked out!. It does sound like a muscle spasm though, good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think you should keep it warm!. Put a heating pad, or icyhot, or a blanket, or rest!. That's what I did when my arm did that!.!.!. it made it better!. I've had that happen alot!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
