Question: I need advise!?
I haven't started my period yet, and i'm scared that it will start infront of my friends or somewhere when i'm not home!. my biggest fear is that it will start inschool!!! i need some tips on when it will come and what to do if im at school or not home!!! thanxWww@Answer-Health@Com

What i did is i drank lots of water so i had an excuse to go to the bathroom often to check!. But dont worry, its no big deal just carry a few sanitary items with you and youll be just fine!. Eventually youll be able to recognize the feelings and signs your about to start as you become more in tuned with your body!. I now, after nine years worth if periods can tell the exact moment i will start and be in the restroom before it happens, so dont worry, it will happen, and its really nothing to be embarassed about!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Most likely it will be very light when it first starts!.!.!.nothing that is going to cause a big commotion in front of friends etc!. If it makes you more comfortable, carry a few pantyliners or pads in your purse!. That way you will always be prepared!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
