As soon as I get out of the shower I quickly dry down there and then bunch up toilet paper and put it between my legs down there while I dry the rest of my body!. Then I either put a tampon in or a pad!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i know im a guy but you know it doesnt matter if im a guy or a girl, i think a tampon should do the trick, but you know its completely normal so dont think you are the only girl that it happens too, its just one of those things that happens when your on your period, lol im 16 i think i probably know way too much about girl problems lol, yeah so just get a tampon, it should work if not then just try to deal with it the best you can ok!. add me! lol i know alot! lol about girl stuff, i only hang around girls, no im not gay!. lol!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Not much you can do!. Depending on your flow and the day of your period!. However, wearing a Tampon or using "instead" works well!. Instead is a cup that you wear when using your period!. It goes in like a tampon, however you can wear up to 12 hours with our leaks!. You can even swim with it in!.

I have been using them for about 5 years and it gives you wanring about over flowing!.

One of these two should help you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

what i do, is right after you turn off the water grab your towel quickly and dry of your legs and anywhere your underwear will go over or be on, and then ((i have underwear that i already put a pad on it)) and put that on then dry the rest of your body and whatever else you do!.

hope this helps a little ?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've never had that problem either, but I always put a pad in the underwear I'll be wearing after my shower, then get in the shower, wash really well, get out and put my underwear on immediately!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
