Answers:
Do not do that!. It is EXTREMELY unsafe!. Not to mention, the fibers will freeze and not be able to absorb what they're supposed to!. In addition, as it warms up it will melt and leave water which is hazardous seeing as it can get bacteria in there and cause all types of problems!. I have never heard of this before and as far as the 'cool' feeling goes, it would be astronomically unbearable!. I can't imagine a subzero object being rammed in there!. Please don't do it, I don't want you to hurt yourself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Interesting!.!.!.I would rather freeze a pantiliner than stick something freezing up my hoo-hah! Your vaginal linings are very delicate, similar to the membranes inside your mouth!. Obviously the mouth can handle a popsicle, but frozen cotton!? Not sure if that's a good idea!. Try the pantiliner thing instead!. It would be warm again in just a few minutes, regardless!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Frozen or not, you can't use a tampon unless your flow is going!.!.!. so it's not gonna help very often through the summer!.
Maybe you should consider an ice-pack shaped like a dong instead!. :-)
If you're actually serious, you should be told: this isn't safe!. Don't!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would not freeze them, but if you want to feel cool, try inserting some ice cubes and be sure to wear a pad to absorb the melt!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
