Breasts are tender?!


Question: Breasts are tender!?
This started two days ago when I was about 10 days from when I'm supposed to start my period!. This isn't normally a part of PMS for me!. My breasts are rarely tender!. I can't really remember too many other times they have been for more than a day or two!. I'm 14 and have had my period for 3 years although I'm still not regular!. I'm a 32B!. Could they be growing!? Or is it probably just PMS!? They seem a tad bit bigger!.!.!.but I think that's just wishful thinking!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

When i have my period my breasts usually get tender or have a swollen feeling!. That is usual for pms and different symtoms occur as you grow!. Sometimes they make you feel heavier but it usually goes away when your period starts!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Drink chamomile tea before, during and after menstruation to prevent pain, strain, cramps, bloating, gas and discomfort!.

Eat extra firm tofu and drink soy milk to regulate estrogen levels to prevent pain, strain, cramps, bloating, gas and discomfort and also to take on more feminine physical looks!.

Eat fresh fruit, fresh leafy vegetables, lean red meat, lean white meat, omega 3 fatty oil wild salmon, herring, cod, haddock, egg whites, almonds, hazelnuts, Brazil nuts, cashews, sesame seeds, black sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds in the shells, whole grains, whole wheat, oats and wild rice!.

Drink grapefruit juice, cranberry juice, fine filtered calcium fortified milk and plenty of filtered water to keep fresh, clean, hydrated and healthy!.

Stretch your muscles before and after exercising to prevent pain, strain, sprains and torn tendons!.

Drink two glasses of milk after working out because drinking milk after working out builds lean, firm, solid, healthy, well toned muscles fast!.

Don't smoke, don't drink alcohol, don't do drugs and don't take diet pills because that will damage your body and stunt your growth!.

Don't have sex in your teens because that will stunt your growth as well!.
