It depends on what type of plastic surgery you're thinking about getting!. If you want a breast augmentation, they are most likely going to want to wait until you're 17 or 18 because I've heard of some girls getting them as high school graduation presents!. However, there are some crazy plastic surgeons out there who will do any kind of plastic surgery on you as long as your parents have the money for it!. The good plastic surgeons will usually turn you down and tell you to come back when you're older and more physically mature!. If you're thinking about getting a rhinoplasty, you can have that done as young as 15 years old and with parental consent!. Well, it is normally 18 for things that can change (liposuction, gastric bypass, breast implants/reduction), but if it is like ear pinning, a surgeon will operate!.
