Basically my friend has had a brown and white dishcharge and she wears a bra and shaves, and she is almost 13!. Her mom and all her sisters had when they were 12!. Please be honest, and nice if you are going to put rude comets LEAVE!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

She'll probably get her period soon, but she shouldn't worry to much about it!. Everyone is different!. Just because her mom and sisters started at 12 doesn't mean that if she doesn't start before she turns 13 there is something wrong with her!.
I was 12 when I got my first period!. My mom was 13, almost 14 when she got hers so there is NO reason for her to be concerned!.

Brownish and white discharge may the sign that she is starting to have small periods!. Everyone gets their period when their bodies are ready for them!. It doesn't matter that your mom or cousin or best friend had their period at age 11, 12, or 16!. Everyone's different!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
well, i had a discharge for almost 2!.5 years until i finally got it!. and my mom was 16! and my sister was 12, and i was 13, so it really doesnt matter!. ppl told me that i would get it a few months after discharge and pubic hair startedso i was constantly worried that i was gunna have it without realizing it, so my advice is that u dont worry about it, have fun while u still can!. i think she will get it a sometime close to her 14th b-day, probably more before though!. im 14 now btw!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Young women can start their period anywhere from ages 8 to 17!. If this becomes a problem, tell your friend that she should be SO glad she doesn't have it yet!. A year or two of more freedom is nothing to cry over!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
