Question: Weird itch "down there" (girls only please)!?
I'm 15 and I've never had my period (it sucks, but apparently it's not a huge deal until you turn 17) but in the past few days I've been having this weird itch!. it's not burning or anything and it only happens sometimes (usually only when I'm walking around), but it's enough for me to have to go to the bathroom and scratch it!.
It's not inside my vagina, which is hopefully a good thing!. I do shave down there but I leave a small patch of hair, and that's where it itches!.
I wear thongs sometimes (clean, obviously), I masturbate every once in a while (but I am very hygenic), and i have been fingered by my boyfriend a few times (but his hands are always clean and he hasn't done anything like that with any other girls)!. there is no redness or visible signs of irritation, just an annoying itch!.
Maybe it's just my pants/underwear rubbing up against it!. I don't know!. suggestions!? it's really annoying!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

went to my regular doctor and gyno,
my gyno said change to like dove sensitive skin body wash and use a different washcloth every time you shower, that way bacteria doesnt build up!. it would build up more where theres hair, so thats why you have that problem!. i did that and it worked!

Sometimes it is just the shaving!.!.!.!.I shave too bald and if I wear underwear it itches not all the time!.!.!.!.even if I wear loose pants!.!.!.!.!.when you decide to shave you have to do it daily or every other day or the tiny growth will give you random itching!.!.!.!.!.it is good that you are hygenic with other things and that the itch is on the outside!.!.!.!.!.try hand cream after shaving and after your morning shower!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
when you shave!.!. the hair grows back in that could be the itching!.!.!. but i dont know !.!. sometimes its common !.!.!. i know mine does when the hair is growing back in!.!.!. try some anit itch cream around the spot!.!.!. then if it continues!.!.!. jus call your doctor!.!.!. you could be alergic to something!.!.!. like the shaving cream!.!.!. some areas are more sensitive then others!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
