Answers:
If you haven't had sex yet then you really don't need a pelvic exam!.
If you're going to get examined, including the pelvic area then listen up:

If the doctor is female then there won't be any assistent!.
You do have the choice of wanting an assistant or not!.
If you do want an assistant you also have a choice to whether you want a male or female!.
If the doctor is male then there has to and always will be a female assistant to supervise him to see if he's behaving appropriate or not!.
If doctor has to wash his or her hands before examining, touching, handling and observing you!.
During the pelvic exam the doctor has to wear plastic latex one time use disposible gloves which get thrown out after the exam is over and of course the doctor has to wash his or her hands again!.
If you're wearing a short slightly loose top, then all you have to do is lift it up high enough for the doctor to see your stomach!.
If the doctor wants to examine your bosom and your pelvic area, then the doctor may ask you to remove your clothes, bra & panties, or the doctor will give you dressing hospital gown and leave the room for you to change into with just your panties on underneath or give you a hospital sheet and leave the room for you to remove your clother except for your panties to get under the sheet or the doctor will give you both dressing gown and sheet!.

The doctor will wait outside, when some time has passed, the doctor will knock on the door to ask you if you're ready, then the doctor will uncover only the part he or she is going to examine!. The doctor wil examine your chest by pressing down a little to see if there's any lumps, bumps and bruising, do a breast exam while you're sitting, then ask you to lie down and continue doing the breast exam, press down on your ribs, stomach, checking your heart rate and run his or her fingers down your throat, neck, shoulder blades, shoulders, armpits, collarbone, the outlines of your breasts, underbust, breastbone, lungs, heart, liver, spleen, pancreas, intestines, ribs, rib cage, stomach, naval and below naval!.
The doctor will then out on disposible latex one time use gloves ask you to remove your panties or do it him or herself!.
Spread your legs wide apart and place his or her fingers inside!.
Then you'l be asked to move the buttocks area to the near edge of the examining table, place your feet inside the metal cuffs at the sides to hold up better, the doctor will continue to place his or her inside your vagina, stretch your area to look inside, do pap smear tests, discharge test and examine the entire vagina area inside and out!.
If the doctor is doing a rectal exam, you'll asked to curl up and turn to side, the doctor will put his or her fingers up your colon, opening up your rectal area to look inside, examining your colon, anus and rectum!.

You will be asked to give a urine sample!.
This whole examination happens once or twice a year!.

Remember NO MEANS NO!

You don't have to do anything, I mean anything you don't want to!.

You have every right to tell the doctor no!.
You have every right to tell the doctor to stop!.
You have every right to tell the doctor not to do something in a certain way if you don't feel comfortable with it!.
You have every right to end the examination whether it's completed or not
You have every right to cancel the examination even if whether you started the examination or not!.

IF A SUGGESTION DOESN'T SOUND RIGHT, IT'S NOT RIGHT!

IF A TOUCH DOESN'T FEEL RIGHT, IT'S NOT RIGHT!

IF A FEELING DOESN'T FEEL RIGHT, IT'S NOT RIGHT!

For best results!?

ALWAYS, I MEAN ALWAYS MEET THE DOCTOR WHO IS GOING TO DO THE EXAMINING BEFORE THE EXAMINATION BECAUSE IT'S YOUR BODY HE OR SHE WILL BE SEEING, EXAMINING, TOUCHING, FEELING, HANDLING, OBSERVING AND JUDGING ( MEDICALLY)
YOU ALSO HAVE A RIGHT TO DECIDE IF YOU WANT A MALE OR FEMALE DOCTOR!.
YOU ALSO SHOULD MEET THE ASSISTANT AND THE RIGHT TO DECIDE IF YOU WANT THE ASSISTANT OR NOT IF YOU DO WANT THA ASSISTANT THEN YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO DECIDE IF YOU WANT A MALE OR FEMALE!.

IT'S YOUR BODY, NO ONE HAS A RIGHT TO VIOLATE IT, DEGRADE IT, ABUSE IT AND EXPLIOT IT!
A proper, practical, standard examination isn't a violation, degradation, abuse and expliotation!. Unnecessary undressing, unneccessary way of handling private parts and crude tocuhing is a violation, degradation, abuse and expliotation against patients that goes against ethics doctors are supposed to live up to!.

Any inappropraite behavior goes on, you have the right to tell the doctor to stop, end the appointment and report that doctor to the head board!.
