O!. I have had my period for about a year,and Ithe idea of putting in a tampon freaks me out,is this normalWww@Answer-Health@Com

its perfectly normal!. i've had mine for a year!. and i hate tampons!. i've used a total of 3!. but i hate them!. just the thought of having something foreign in my body just makes me uncomfortable!. some people go their entire life without one tampon, so you're not alone!. but some of my friends love them so i guess its just a preference, and ability thing!.

I think that it is normal!. I have had my period for about a year too, and have been using tampons for the most recent quarter of the year!. Every girl thinks differently of the concept of tampons!. I know a grown up who still doesn't wear tampons!. If you aren't ready, you're not ready!.
However, if you do want to experiment get your mom or older sister or something to help you!.
Just remember that everyone starts at different paces!.

Yes, it is a little weird at first, but you will need/want to use one if you are into sports or want to go swimming!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
i am 23 now and when i first got my period at 12 it took me until i was 15 to want to try a tampon!. its your own choice if u dont feel comfortable doing it then dont just wait until u are ready for it!. it does feel uncomfortable the first time u do it, but then it just becomes normal and you dont even realize its up there anymore!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Yes tampons can be scary just be calm and do not tense up! I have not had my period but I don not want to use tampons use pads! They are great! Hope this helps! DONT WORRY!Www@Answer-Health@Com
