Yes, Yaz is supposed to give you shorter periods because it only has four "reminder" pills!. You are only off the hormone for four days which makes your "shorter periods"!.
Yaz does not stop periods!.!.!.right!? I mean thats the whole point of taking a BC that is monthly--to have a period!. I am on day four of my "supposed" to be period!.

You don't ACTUALLY Have to have periods!. Blood doesn't build up, you don't rot or anything!. You just don't advance the egg!. You can skip the period all together by just continuing to take the real birth control pills!.
