It just tightens the muscles, firms it more!. If you can stand sideways to hold on to something, turn you toe point out to face the out side of your body!. Then swing to the front, then to the back, like you see the ballerinas do holding on to the pole in front of the mirrors!. You can feel the muscle if you touch you butt!. Ten on each side!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.twice!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.3-4 times a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
you can do squats also talk to one of the people at a gym they may be able to point u straight to where you need to go
