I think everyone's belly button hurts or feels strange when they strech!. I don't know why your's hurts so much!.

maybe youre just lazy and any movement makes you hurt, i dunno try stretching more often to help build your skills, i know its hard work but if you can bear through the pain it will benefit you, mind over matter
