Is it okay to have 2 cold sores at once?!

Question: Is it okay to have 2 cold sores at once!?
I have 2 cold sores that are both on my top lip!. I haven't kissed anyone, so that can't be the reason!. Also, no one in my family has a cold sore right now!. Is it okay to have 2 cold sores at once or is there something wrong!? Sorry if you guys think this is a dumb question, but answer it seriously

ALSO, I just started running 2 miles a day less than a week ago!. Does that have anything to do with it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

From my past experience, there is nothing wrong with you!. I sometimes get clusters of even 3 or 4!!! I asked my doctor and she said that 90 % of Americans have the cold sore virus and it doesn't matter how many you have at once!. You are still perfectly healthy- think of it more like a zit for your lips!!! lol! But anyway, I don't think that running has anything to do with it, unless where you are the air is cold and your lips are getting wind-burned!. That could be a potential cause!. Hope everythinhg works out!. (FYI, whenever I get them I used to think that I must look so ugly, but don't worry honey, barely anybody notices them- they always look worse to the person themselves!)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, it is okay and quite normal!.
I have had more than one cold sore on my lip before!.

Cold sores usually come out during stress or when your immune system is down!. Sometimes after a fever!. Once you get that virus, you will get cold sores off and on throughout your life during stress, after a fever, and when your immune system is down!.

You can make them go away faster by icing them!. That works better than any medication out there!. Hold an ice cube on them for two minutes (or until they're numb) twice a day for one day!. The next day they will go to their healing stage and be gone within three days!. (The medications take two weeks!) I discovered this last year and do it every time I get a cold sore!.
An ice cube will also chase away a cold sore when you put it on your lip when you feel that tingling when a cold sore is coming!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is all genetics I come from a long line of cold sore people!. Its completly normal!. They come out when you add stress and anything from temp chance to climate!. Its fairly simple!.
1!. DONT LICK LIPS OR AREA!. This spreads the infection!.
2!. Don't touch it!. That also spreads it!.
3!. Treat it!. Use!. Aberiva!. Thats what I use!. Yes its costs more than other brands!. But its the only thing that really works!.
4!. Its cometly NORMAL!. one time I had my whole upper lip covered in them!. Oh how silly I was!. I was only three but it was really funny!. To look back at!. ;]
also!. Running and other activities have almost nothing to do with cold sores!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well have you eaten any citrus lately!?!? cuz i sometimes get them when i drink OJ or eat citrus-y stuff!. also when i was in 6th grade, i had spring picture day coming up and i had like 5 or 6 on my face and i had NO IDEA where they came from!! on my upper lip and on my lower cheek on my lower lip and all over the lower part of my face iw as like wtf, man! and they wouldnt edit them out i was p!ss'd
