Question: I have 2 sore lumps inside my labia majora (((details))!?

They've been there for several months!.!.!. maybe even longer!. They felt like 2 really hard bumps before under the skin!. I don't believe they're warts because they weren't visible to the surface!. Well when I woke up this morning, they were large and sore!. Any clue what this could be!? I made a gynecologist appointment for tomorrow so I'll find out for sure but I'm nervous!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
