As long as you take 21 active pills in a row and don't miss any, you are still protected against pregnancy the entire week that you are on your placebo pills!. I know it seems a little counter intuitive, but that is how they are designed to work!. Just make sure you never extend your placebo week beyond seven days, and continue to take your pills correctly and the effectiveness of the pills will remain in the 99% range no matter where you are in your pack!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your just as protected during your inactive pills as you are when you're taking the regular pills as long as you're taking it properly!. So don't worry about it!. If you're really concerned about it, use a condom as well, especially since birth control pills do not protect you from STDs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

the chances are about 1-2% that you could get pregnant!. if you use your pills correctly, they are about 98-99% accurate!. nothing is 100% except abstinence, but i'm sure you already knew thatWww@Answer-Health@Com

your chances of getting pregnant are very insignificant!. You need to be ovulating in order to become pregnant, and the birth control pill prevents this from happening!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I asked my doctor and she said that I couldn'tWww@Answer-Health@Com
