Answers:
No vitamins specifically for breast growth!. You should be taking a multi vitamins which will help you overall body development and maintain good hormonal levels!.

Breast size is genetically determined and no machine or massage can increase the amount of lipid, or fatty tissue in them!. They will, however, give you the illusion of slightly larger breasts because these exercises build up your pectoral muscles, not your breasts!.

Try doing the following tips below for 3-6 month if you want to get a good foundation for your breast:

The pectoral muscles, which lie under the breasts, on the ribcage, can be toned up to give breasts a firm foundation and improve their shape!. Swimming is a great way to develop the pecs, so is grasping your forearms just below the elbow and tightening your grip ten times or more!. Light dumbbells work great too!.

Here are some more great tips for increasing breast size!.

If you reduce stress by exercising moderately, plenty of sleep and eating the right foods, you\'ll help to keep your blood sugar stable which is a must for keeping hormonal balance!.

Try to let your breasts be as free as possible at all times, even if this means wearing a looser bra, or no bra at all once in a while!. As many doctors will tell you when recommending tips for increasing breast size, a loose fit is a good rule of thumb for breast health in general!.

Light to moderate breast massage will get you the illusion of slightly larger breast, especially when using a quality topical cream or serum specially formulated for breast growth!. It does not work for everyone but some women have seen results!.

All the Best,
