Are condoms necessary?!

Question: Are condoms necessary!?
I'm thirteen, and have absolutely no intentions of having any sort of sexual interactions any time soon; I'm just curious!.

Hypothetically speaking, if a girl was on birth control and both her and her partner had been tested for STD's, is a condom still needed!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Well birthcontrol does not work 100% of the time and some STD tests only actually test for specific things!. So you can do everything you can but if you dont wear a condom then something still could go wrong!. Even with a condom something could go wrong but you bring the likely hood of something bad happening down alot buy just wearing a condom!. And dont trust the guy saying he is clean unless you were there when he was tested!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well neither birth control, nor condoms give 100% protection against pregnancy, so some couples choose to use both as a "buddy system" to reduce the risk of pregnancy even further!. But others choose to only use birth control because by itself, it has a very high percentage rate of preventing pregnancy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Needed!? Probably not!. But Birth control's Typical use is only around 93% effective!. That means over the course of a year, 100 couples using birth control as their only means of birth control (if that made sense lol), 7 of them would still get pregnant!. So it is good to have a back up such as condoms if one truly does not wish to get pregnant!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well its a added protection against pregnancy!. is it necessary!? no, but every little bit helps!. as for preventing STDs!.!.!.!.!.we would like to think that a guy is not going to cheat on us but given that even married people cheat, what is going to stop a teenage boy!? it is always better to protect yourself!. you don't want to end up with some vaginal funk or sterile because you trusted the wrong boy!.!.!.!. which you will sometime!. don't tell the boys your on birth control so they won't bug you not to wear it!. PROTECT YOUR SELF!!!! a condom is the only way to do it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Depends on how safe you want to be!. Nothing is 100 percent and adding another form of birth control just makes the effectiveness that much higher!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
