Question: How can i gain weight on my legs and boobs!?
i want to know, how can i gain weight in my legs, arms and chest!? iv been on a weight gain diet for the past week and a bit and iv gained about 3lbs and i can definately feel more weight around my belly, hips and back, which is good, as that part of my body looks healthy and curvy and not bony!.
im going to continue my diet for another couple of weeks!. i just want to know, how can i specifically gain more weight on my legs, arms and boobs!? my legs and arms are quite skinny so i NEED more fat there!. any suggestions!? i know genetics may effect it, but plz give some useful info anyway!.

you can't target specific areas to gain weight unless it's muscle, and even then your breasts are not muscle they are fat!.

Stretch before and after exercise to prevent pain, strain, sprains and torn tendons!.
Run, climb stairs, lift weights and Pilates!.
Drink two glasses of fine filtered calcium fortified skim milk to build lean, firm, solid, well toned muscles fast!.

Plastacine or playdough, moulded carefully to the parts that require attenion will help!.
Dont use the green or tourquise though, because that would look strange
alternatively fold your arms and legs under your boobs and then at least that will confuse everyone

there should be certain foods that you can eat!.
you should see a health prodessional to find out a real good answer!.

Honestly, I don't think there's a way to target a specific area for gaining weight!.!.!.people are just predisposed to storing fat in certain places!. Sorry :(Www@Answer-Health@Com
