Question: Is it normal to go "number 2" once one day then skip 2 days!?
I have been eating a lot of fiber but I go number 2 once for 1 day then I skip 2 whole days then go again!. Is that normal!. The number 2s are VERY BIG though when I do go!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, having a bowel movement at least twice a week is considered normal!. I take lots of fiber and eats lots of vegetables, and after months of that, I've started to have more regular bowel movements, within the last two weeks!. It takes time to make yourself regular!.
You say they are very big!. If it's painful to have your bowel movement you need to drink more water!. You should never strain for a bowel movement, just let it happen when it's ready!. If you strain you are more likely to develop hemorrhoids, which are painful, embarrassing, and take months to clear up!.
I'm not a doctor, but I would suggest to maintain your fiber and increase your water to at least 2 liters a day!. This should make your bowel movements easier and eventually more frequent!.
If you are concerned that you aren't normal, you can go see your doctor for an official diagnosis!. But, I've done that, and she told me to drink more water and eat more fiber!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, that is normal!. As long as you are going "regularly"!. It's not uncommon for people to skip a day or 2!. Some people go every day, but others only every other day or every 2 or even 3 days!. What matters most is how you feel!. If you feel like you need to go, but can't, then you need to contact a doctor to find out if something else is wrong!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
you have been eating a lot of fiber (very good)but and you go number 2 once for 1 day !. this is totally wrong and unhealthy , as you should go twice daily or once!. to do that you should drink enough water not less than 2Lt daily!. and the most important is the first 02glass of child water in morning 15minutes before breakfast!. try my advice for week and let me knowWww@Answer-Health@Com
your supposed to go number 2 twice a day !. so no it isn't normal !. nothings wrong with you , you just need something to increase your metabolism like activia yogurt !. eat one a day for 14 days and it will regulate your metabolism !.Www@Answer-Health@Com
