Question: Okay ladies question on working out and my period! please answer!!?
Okay, my period is 5 days late!. Two things!. #1-my husband and I havn't used protection in months, so I know it could be that!. #2-I decided I wanted to lose weight and I just joined curves to get more of a work out!. I wasn't completely inactive before and I'm not really over exerting myself or anything at work outs, but it is more than I have been doing!. BUT, I have only been going for a week and a half!. I go three times a week!.

I'm about 95% percent sure that my period is late becuase of my new work out routine but my question is this!. If it's not becuase I'm working out and I am pregnant!. When do I know how to test!? What is your oppinion on this!? Does it sound like it's just me working out a little more or could I be pregnant!. I don't know when I should start testing for pregnancy! Ok well I think since you are already 5 days late, I woul go ahead and test to see if you are pregnant!. If you test and it says you aren't then it probably is just the working out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

hmm!.!.!.well i know that girls under 100 pounds in their preteen years usually wont start their period!. but i dont know if that counts if you already did!.!.!.but i really dont think that your weight is down that dramatically!.
i could really be because your pregnant, especially because there hasn't been protection!. and if you are, you better not do any cardio, or any fast workouts that will hurt the baby!.

Pregnancy test kits are very sensitive these days so you could test right away!.
Sometimes weight loss can bring on a change in your normal cycle have you been dieting!?
