LOOSE VAgina after baby?!

Question: LOOSE VAgina after baby!?
How do you get it back, sew it shut!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
The vagina is made to stretch!. It will go back on it's own!. Directly after giving birth it can feel a bit like a cavern but it will go back to normal!. It only needs sewing if you had a tear giving birth!. It takes about two years for your body to recover fully (back to what it was) from the whole process!. (Although nowhere near that long for the vagina to shrink back to normal, a few months if I remember rightly)!.
I honestly can't understand why people are so obsessed with their bodies after having a baby and can't just accept that having a baby does unpleasant things to the body!. They may be unpleasant but they aren't always permanent and anyway, when you look at your baby, it was all worth it! There is your priority, not your body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Whether or not your vagina returns to its original size depends on a number of factors: the size of your baby, the number of children you've had, and whether you do Kegel exercises regularly!. After giving birth vaginally, it's normal for the vagina to be larger than it was before, and this effect generally is more pronounced after the birth of a large baby!. (Nine pounds definitely qualifies as a large baby!) This is caused by relaxation of the pelvic floor musculature!. These muscles will lose their tone with each successive birth, although pelvic floor exercises known as Kegels can help you tighten them up!.

If you haven't already done so, I strongly recommend that you begin to do Kegels!. Kegels involve perineal tightening and help to restore the tone of the muscles that surround the opening of the urethra, vagina, and anus!. Since this includes the muscle that you use to stop and start the flow of urine, you can check if you've identified the right muscle by testing your Kegel technique while urinating
